about
Ivory Coast, also known as Côte d'Ivoire, is a West African country along the Gulf of Guinea, historically a French colony; Ivory Coast was the most prosperous country in West Africa in the 1970s. The subsequent economic recession was caused by government corruption, unrest and civil war. In 2014, Rev. Clement, the chief pastor of ROLCC in Togo, received a vision from God, and he started a church planting project in Ivory Coast. In 2015, Rev. Franck was sent from Togo to the Ivory Coast several times to prepare for church planting in Abidjan, the largest city in Ivory Coast, and opened the first meeting point in the same year. Rev. Franck once served as a missionary at EHC in Togo. In 2001, he responded to God’s call to join ROLCC as the assistant pastor of ROLCC Benin, and for more than a decade from 2004 to 2015 he has served the ROLCC in Togo. Since entering Ivory Coast in 2015, Rev. Franck has dedicated himself to ministry in evangelism and teaching, today ROLCC Ivory Coast has three meeting places, with Sunday worship every week. After more than two years of the global epidemic, they continued to spread the gospel and the truth in an environment where the beliefs and teachings were very chaotic. With the guidance of God, the numbers of people in the three meeting places of the church continue to increase. Pastor Jean Luc Agbon assumed the role of national director in 2024 and has grown the ministry and the church rapidly. 2025, we are working with Ivory Coast in building their first church building, hallelujah! Pray with us that the project will be completed smoothly so that River of Life Ivory Coast and enter into a new season of experiencing the glory of God! In 2026, we will finish the church building. Praise God! Please pray for the dedication ceremony of our church building will be successful, that the glory of God will fill the place, and that lives will be drawn to Christ.

Please pray with us that the discipleship training we have started may achieve its purpose, so that our churches here can have more workers for the harvest.

Please pray with us that the two new cell groups we planted this year—one in the western part of the country and the other in the suburbs of the capital—may grow and become churches.
請與我們一同禱告,願我們今年建立的兩個新的小組——一個在西部地區,另一個在首都郊區——能夠成長為教會。

We are also planning to open a new cell group with the vision of establishing a church in a peripheral area of the capital. Pray with us that unreached souls in these areas may be touched by the power of the Gospel as we go out into the field for our evangelism program.
我們還計劃成立一個新的小組,目標是在首都郊區建立一個教會。請與我們一同禱告,願福音的大能臨到這些地區未曾接觸過福音的人們,在我們開展福音事工時,他們也能感受到福音的力量。
