Antioch Mongolian Church, located in Glenview, Illinois, was founded in 2005, and joined the River of Life family in June 2012.  Pastor Nasaa, the lead pastor of Antioch Mongolian Church, through the introduction of Pastor Batbold of our daughter church in Ulaanbaatar, identified with the vision of River of Life, and wished to join the family. Pastor Nasaa was ordained in July 2003, and was serving in a Korean church in Mongolia. He was invited to serve in a Korean church in the United States in the same year, and the church became an independent church in 2005. Then in 2010, they invited Pastor Batbold from River of Life's Mongolian daughter church to host their 5th Anniversary Conference, and got to know the River of Life family through that. After learning about different denominations, and participating in River of Life's pastoral prayer conference in June 2012, they decided to join and be part of the River of Life family. Antioch Mongolian Church is an influential local Mongolian church. Their church is constantly growing due to God's grace. Starting in 2024, the church will focus on providing pastoral group teaching courses for church leaders, focusing on effective gospel strategies and nurturing care for new members, so as to cultivate a warm and inclusive church. At the same time, the church wants to create an engaging, relevant and nurturing environment through age-appropriate activities, including specialized teaching, discussions, activities or outings to meet the specific developmental stages and interests of each age group. In 2025, we will focus on leadership training, hoping to bring out more brothers and sisters in service.
